I finished fitting all the wood and stainless strips in Jim's bed.
The stock style filler panel just didn't get the job done.
So I bent up a new one that filled the gap and closed off the rear of the wood.
Final product with the newly modified tailgate for that cleaner look.

Here is the bed all scuffed and ready for its first coat of primer.
Even though the bed was a new reproduction, that doesn't mean its ready for paint.
We spent most of our efforts on the four corner posts. The stamping of these is very crude. They all needed a ton of work to be nice and straight.
