SHOP UPDATE: Time to get back on Todd's 42 ford pickup

i drilled and sleeved the frame  for the lower four link mount

We wanted to change the angles of the upper four link . We had to build a truss over the top of the third member so we could weld the tabs to steel instead of the cast housing.

Here is all the four link and brackets tacked and installed

Here is the truck on four wheels for the first time

SHOP UPDATE: Still working on the 29 Pickup

SHOP UPDATE: The latest happenings in the shop

I completely rebuilt the door latches for the Model A pickup. All parts sand blasted and painted, re-assembled with all new springs and lots of grease. They work great.
I had to do a little exhaust repair on the F 150 before we go fishing for Steelhead.

Susi and I spent the last couple of days setting up the suspension on Bill's 32 Ford roadster chassis. We finished it up this morning and set the body on for the first time. What a cool car, this is gonna be a blast to build. Bill stopped by and was really surprised and happy. we thought this would be a good surprise before Bill heads back to California.
This one is the next one we will focus on for a while. Todd's 42 rat rod. Time to finish the back half of the frame and get an engine and trans in it. Gonna start Tuesday morning, work on this and the Model A until the A is running
