AFTER HOURS: Got another good day in on my 40

 After a little trial and error, we realized that great repair panel had the fender warped pretty bad.

 We decided we needed to fix the repair before we went any further with attaching the lower end of the fender.

 Susi is cutting out the patch panel from the old fender

 I am test fitting the patch and marking the trims for Susi

 Getting things trimmed out and making the patch fit.

 So here it is, we have a little more finessing and I can start welding it in.

Pretty decent fit considering what we started with
