SHOP UPDATE: Running between projects, trying to make space for new projects.

The final trans pressure adjustment. This one is ready to go. Should have the VIN tag next week so we can get it attached and send it out.
Just a cool shot of some of the projects all together

Bill's 32 roadster is moving along quickly. Engine and trans are in, brake system is coming along and started mocking up the steering box this afternoon.
Moved the top of the shocks in a touch and lowered the car about an inch in the rear. I will get some fenders mounted soon and pick tires and wheels.
Here is the beginning of the trans mount.
Here is the finished product. worked out great.
Mounted the brake pedal assembly today. Looks like I will have to have a remote fill reservoir.

SHOP UPDATE: Todd's is ready to go !

Nothing like having to work on brand new parts. We have had a bunch of issues lately with brand new defective parts. I had to take the carb off and repair the needle and seat in the rear float bowl of the carb.
Carb is back on and it runs like a champ. Now I need to re-adjust the trans cable since I removed the cable to get the carb off.

I was able to score some windshield garnish moldings for the the truck. These are getting pretty hard to find. Here is the difference between the chopped one and the stock one

There it is all trimmed out and ready to go. This truck is done and ready to go. We are just waiting on DMV for the VIN and a title.

SHOP UPDATE: Parts, parts and more parts.

So I have been noticing the amount of parts laying around lately. We have so many projects in process that the abundance of parts is out of control. I have decided its time to hit some projects that will get some of these parts out the way. We got the AOD trans adapted to Bill's flatty and installed it in the chassis. I have a little trans mount fabrication and it is officially in the car. Once I finish the mount and do a little re-work on the rear suspension to lower the chassis just a touch, we can assemble the body with fenders and all and get some parts off the floor and everywhere else. This roadster is a very nice project, its fun to work with all this new metal.

SHOP UPDATE: The model A's first car show

I color sanded and polished the newly painted glove box lid this morning and installed it. This is one of the final steps to finishing the truck. I should get the carpet finished soon and get the horn assembled and tuned and this one is done.
I blacked out the rain gutters. Looks much better.
Well, here it is. Probably the first bath it has had in about 50 or so years. What a great day! We are taking it to its first car show ever. The copper city gear jammers are having another car show in the Butte civic center tomorrow. Should be a fun day of car talk.

SHOP UPDATE: Here are a few from the last couple of weeks guiding
