The panel is getting wired!!

I finished the trans tunnel and installed the steering column. We loaded it up and its off to get wired and fired. I should get it back in a few days to finish the rest of the floor and its ready to go to Reno.

Getting really close on the 36 panel.

I almost finished the tin work on the panel today. I should get enough finished tomorrow to move on to the next step. In the interest of time, Jason has some friends that will take the panel and get all the wiring finished so we can get it running. The glass guy is getting the windows cut. Should be a wild week coming up. this ride should make its first appearance in public at the " Hot August Nights " car show in Reno Nevada on Aug. 7th.

Thrashing on the 36 ford panel truck

I have been working every night after fishing on the 36 panel truck. The chassis is finished. I have been finish welding all the subframe tubing. Today I started bead rolling the floor panels and welding them in. I should finish the front floor tomorrow morning and set the body back on the chassis. Then I will be able to build the tunnel over the trans and then we should start the wiring. Stay tuned, this thing should be running very soon.

We had a couple great days on the river. Fishing was great, a good time was had by all!

Finished most of the brake system today on the panel

I finished the rear brake plumbing today. I would have finished the front except I am waiting on parts. I did get the electronic roll control installed. Once the parts come in I will finish the fronts and bleed the system.

Working on Jason's panel truck

I have been slowly getting stuff done on the panel. Fuel tank is in. Front suspension is finished up. Power brake system is installed. I should get some plumbing of the brakes done this weekend. I hope to get all the plumbing finished and install the engine very soon. Stay tuned

Out with the old. In with the new!!!!

My new drift boat finally arrived!! I ordered a new Clackacraft Eddy. Tomorrow will be the first float. I can't wait. It should be a great day.
