The sides are finished

Well, I finished the bodywork on the sides today. Everything sanded and re-primed. It turned out great. Tomorrow on to the roof. Maybe I will have it finished this weekend.

More Body Work

Almost finished with the sides. If I can get the roof done by the weekend maybe I can get some paint sprayed.

Started the body work on the 40 today

I started the bbody work on the 40 today. Almost finished the Pass. rear quarter. I should have it finished in the morning. This is the area with the most body work so I hope things will speed up and we can get to the paint.

THE 40 IS IN PRIMER!!

After 3 grueling days of paint removal the 40 is finally in primer ready for body work. WOO HOO !
I have been looking forward to this point for a while  now. I should get started Mon. morning and start smoothing out this body and get ready for color.

Finished the back of Dick's 40

I finally finished the tail of Dick's 40. Wow, a much harder job than expected. I had to work over the tail pan to get a decent fit but all is well. I have 1 more day of rust repair and on to the body work. I am really looking forward to shooting some paint.

I finished the Pass. rear corner today. I will finish the other side in the morning. I should have the rear finished late tomorrrow. I can't wait to get on the body work and gear up for the paint.

For Sale 1938 Ford half ton pickup

Bought this one today. I am going to tinker just a bit, try to clean a few things up. Then it will be out front FOR SALE! I will add more photos in the next couple of days. If interested contact me for more details.

Dick's 40 2 door

Did a little fabrication in the trunk. Had to make all the panels to replace the rust in the trunk. Next is finish the lower edges of the rear quarters and get the tail pan installed and welded. I can't wait to get the rear finished up!

My new 35 Ford pickup

After a little wheeling and dealing, look what showed up in my garage. It's an early 35 Ford pickup. It has the cool A pillars and doors with the garnish moldings. As you can see there are a ton of parts. Not sure what I am going to do with this one yet. Could be for sale, could be a builder, could be a keeper. I just haven't decided yet. I plan doing a little tinkering on it and see what happens.

Still working on rust repair. Had to do a little hand forming today to fabricate a repair panel for the trunk floor. Should get the trunk finished tomorrow and install the tail pan and continue on. I see light at the end of the tunnel.

Been working on the rear pan. It's about there, a little more fitting and I should be able to weld it in and move on.

My 1935 Ford Sedan Delivery

This is one I picked up last fall. I hope to get started on it next year. It should make a really cool Hot Rod.
