Susi and I made and installed some spacers for the bed floor today. We are raising the floor 3 inches for clearance for the air ride suspension.
We were able to start finalizing where the air line plumbing will be as well.
We started test fitting the oak floor and bed strips. We are also fitting the trim pieces for the perimeter of the wood. This is an idea I had while assembling another project.
Here are the trim pieces we bent to cover the ends of the wood for a more finished look when assembled.
I also got a start on some motor mounts for the 28 2 door sedan. I need to get the engine mounted so we can move the sedan into storage and free up some shop space. should have them done tomorrow.
